Welcome to FateCharts (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), operated by the FateCharts team (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By accessing or using fatecharts.com and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

2. Service Description

FateCharts is an online charting and AI-powered reading platform based on traditional Chinese destiny studies (Bazi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, etc.), providing the following features:

• Bazi chart calculation and AI in-depth reading reports
• Monthly and yearly fortune analysis
• Destiny turning point visualization
• Dual-person matching (relationship compatibility analysis)
• Decision support analysis
• Zi Wei Dou Shu charting

3. Disclaimer

• This Service provides chart calculations and AI-assisted readings based on traditional Chinese destiny studies. Content is for personal interest and reference only, and does not constitute professional advice in psychology, health, finance, investment, or law
• AI reading content is generated by artificial intelligence models. While we continuously optimize model quality, output may have biases and does not represent the platform's views or commitments
• Users should independently assess the reference value of reading content and bear full responsibility for all decisions made using this Service
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of or reliance on the Service's content

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this Service
• The information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete
• Each user may only register one account

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. All consequences resulting from poor account management are your responsibility
• If you discover your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the personal settings page. After deletion, your personal information will be removed within 30 days, and purchased reports and reading records cannot be recovered.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Paid Products

This Service offers the following paid products (prices are as displayed at time of purchase):

• Monthly fortune analysis
• Destiny turning point curve
• Yearly fortune analysis
• Bazi in-depth report
• Matching reading
• Decision analysis

5.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed through Creem (third-party payment service provider). We do not directly collect or store your bank card or payment account information.

5.3 Refund Policy

Since paid products involve immediate consumption of AI computing resources and instant delivery of results, paid products are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following cases:

• Product failed to deliver due to technical issues
• Duplicate charges due to system errors

6. User Conduct

When using this Service, you must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Use automated tools (crawlers, bots, etc.) to massively access or scrape Service content
• Bypass payment mechanisms or access restrictions through technical means
• Use Service content for commercial resale or redistribution
• Attack or disrupt the Service's servers or network infrastructure
• Impersonate others or use others' information to register accounts
• Upload or distribute content containing malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

• All content of this Service (including but not limited to software, interface design, icons, copy, algorithms) is owned by FateCharts and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• Reading reports you purchase are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, published, or used commercially
• Personal data you input through the Service (birth information, questions, etc.) belongs to you
• The FateCharts name, Logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without authorization

8. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice
• We have the right to adjust paid product prices when necessary; purchased products are not affected by price changes
• In case of violation of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund

9. Third-Party Services

This Service relies on and links to the following third-party services. When using these services, you must also comply with their respective terms:

• Cloudflare — Application hosting and infrastructure
• Google / Apple — Third-party login services
• Creem — Payment processing services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee the timeliness, security, or error-free nature of the Service
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance through in-service notifications or email. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you should stop using the Service.

13. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service
• Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Any provision of these Terms deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, with remaining provisions continuing in effect
